Tickets are only valid for the tour on the date/time shown.
If you need to cancel your booking, tickets are refundable up to 7 days in advance of your tour (minus any booking fee / admin costs).
Within 7 days of the event, we are unable to offer refunds, but may be able to offer you an alternative date subject to availability.
If you have a Runaway Brewery Gift Card, these can redeemed by adding your code at the checkout.
